Sheraton Buganvilias Resort & Convention Center Puerto Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta

I had an enjoyable week-long stay at Sheraton Buganvilias Resort, where the location and service were really good. The staff, especially around the pool bar, were friendly and attentive. I did face some challenges with my room on the first night, but I appreciated the prompt assistance in moving to a better one. Overall, it was an very nice experience that I would gladly repeat.

I had an overall excellent stay at Sheraton Buganvilias Resort. The room was modern and comfortable, especially the bed, though the shower head was a bit outdated. The dining options provided a lot of variety, particularly at breakfast, but I found the Italian restaurant underwhelming compared to La Gaviotas. The friendly staff made the experience nice, despite some minor issues with the coffee quality.

My stay at Sheraton Buganvilias was mostly enjoyable, but I did experience some issues with the all-inclusive offerings and room amenities. The beach was rocky, making it difficult to swim on some days, but the pools were lovely and the service was generally really good. Overall, the location and friendly staff made it a pleasant getaway despite a few bumps in the road. 🌴
